About Krewe of Endymion

One of Carnival's largest parades, Endymion became a super krewe in 1974 and rolls through Mid-City on 'Samedi Gras', ending with a ride through the Superdome into the Endymion Extravaganza. Its motto is “Throw 'til it Hurts” — the krewe estimates it tosses more than 15 million throws. [source]
